Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Free Tool – No Warranties or Guarantees

This Tool is provided free of charge as a convenience to wholesale VoIP carriers and uses a globally accepted standard template for interconnection agreements. By using the Tool:

• You acknowledge that Connex Carrier Services provides no guarantee as to the completeness, enforceability, or suitability of the generated agreement for your specific jurisdiction or use case.
• You expressly agree to waive all rights to pursue legal action against Connex Carrier Services for any deficiencies, errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or exploitable loopholes in the generated agreement.
• You acknowledge that legal review by your counsel is strongly advised before using the output agreement for any official purpose.

2. Limitation of Liability and Waiver of Claims

By using this Tool, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Connex Carrier Services shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or any other tangible or intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• The use or inability to use the Tool,
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or deficiencies in the generated agreement,
• Any reliance placed by you on the content produced by the Tool,
• Or any actions or inactions taken by you based on such content.

You further agree to irrevocably waive and forfeit any and all rights to initiate, pursue, or participate in any legal proceedings, claims, or demands—whether civil, criminal, or administrative—against Connex Carrier Services, its affiliates, employees, or agents, for compensation, damages, or remedies of any kind in connection with your use of this Tool.

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Accuracy of User Inputs

The accuracy and relevance of the generated interconnection agreement depend entirely on the information you provide. Connex Carrier Services shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or incorrect data entered by the user.

You are solely responsible for verifying all inputs and ensuring they align with your operational and legal requirements.

4. Data Privacy and Retention

• Connex Carrier Services does not retain any sensitive commercial data, including but not limited to:
  • IP Addresses,
  • Commercials,
  • Operational details entered in the Tool.
• We only retain necessary user-identifiable data (e.g., name, email address, company name) strictly in compliance with GDPR and applicable Data Privacy regulations.
• Under no circumstance will Connex Carrier Services sell, distribute, or disclose user data to any third party unless legally compelled to do so by relevant authorities or court order in a jurisdiction governing our operations.

5. User Relationship and Outreach

From time to time, Connex Carrier Services may engage in limited, purpose-driven outreach activities, which may include, but are not limited to, informational correspondence, alignment initiatives, or contextual notifications relevant to your usage, interests, or the broader ecosystem. By using this Tool, you acknowledge and consent to be included in such interactions where deemed contextually appropriate by us.

6. Modifications and Termination

Connex Carrier Services reserves the right to update or discontinue the Tool at any time without notice. Continued use of the Tool after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
